How do I sign up for an account?
You can choose to sign up during the check out process, or you can go to the My Account page to register.

If you expect to hear from us and haven't done so, please check your spam-folder if our email to you got stuck there. If that's not the case, please call 800-901-2885 for assistance.
Do I need an account to purchase?
No, you can check out your order as a guest, however signing up makes it easier for you to track your order and future orders will be faster.

Do you rent scaffolding?
No, we only sell scaffolding, and usually you have earned back your investment cost after 2-3 months rental.
Do you sell used scaffolding?
No, we only sell new scaffolding products.
I need help to choose the right scaffolding
We are happy to help you determine which scaffolding that will be best for you. Please go to our Contact Page and let us know about your project.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, just make sure that the product you're interested in is available at a warehouse near you. (See FAQ Where will my order ship from?). We will notify you when your order is ready for pick up.
What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay via Credit Card, Wire Transfer or Check. Note that we need to receive your payment before your order will be processed, so if you're in a rush, pay via credit card or wire.

I haven’t received any order confirmation
If you have placed an order online and haven't received any order confirmation, please check your spam-folder if your order confirmation got stuck there. If that's not the case, please call 800-901-2885 for assistance.
Where will my order ship from?
Your order will ship from different warehouses depending on the product purchased. If your product is available at multiple warehouses, it will ship from the warehouse closest to you. How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please contact us by calling 800-901-2885 or emailing to sales@scaffoldusa.com
Where can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order has shipped out. You can also track your order on our website, on the Track my Order page or under the order details tab in your account dashboard.
How long does it take to get my order?
We usually need 1-2 business days to prepare your order before it ships out. The transit time to you depends on which carrier you chose to ship with during the check out process. Note that residential deliveries will need an appointment for the delivery.
